"In a 2 month span of me trying to contact in regards of my insurance, I had called 12x (I do have screenshots as proof) with no answer, however the moment I use someone else’s phone, they picked up (this also happened a total of 2x)

There was another employee working at the time and I gave her my card info for automatic payments, in which she didn’t and then I ended up having to pay late fees. When I thought I finally got it corrected, a couple months down the road and my insurance was canceled due to me “not paying” - so for a third time, I had to give them my info for automatic payments, in which again I had to pay late fees despite it not being an issue on my end. When I told them of what had happened I was told “yeah, she doesn’t work here anymore.. anyway that will be $$$”.

Despite having good driving records and over 25+ history with State Farm, our insurances constantly went up in price.

Bottom line - if you’re going to go with state farm, do NOT go with these individuals."
